Julie's the best. I'm very decisive and particular, and she must have shown us 25 houses. She also really paid attention to what we needed and wanted. Not only did she negotiate a deal well below our budget, she didn't try to show us her own listings because she knew she didn't currently have anything that fit. We found Julie online and got really lucky. If a home was overpriced, she told us so. She was honest about homes I found online that she knew I wouldn't like in person, and she was honest about homes that were much higher priced than the one we fell in love with, never trying to push the 2nd best choice on me because it cost more. She was also so knowledgeable about the process that she took care of most everything for us, including contacts for financing, etc. Julie also encouraged us to move quickly when we did find what we loved, and as a result of her advice, we have an interest rate even lower than the lowest the national average ever reached. Julie is down to Earth, casual, and real. I was so happy to find our perfect home, and we feel like we've always lived here, but we were sad to have no more appointments with Julie.

Julie is the BEST! I wouldn't use anybody else. She's down-home, honest, and made buying my home as easy as it possibly could be. A friend of mine was looking to buy the same time I was and after meeting Julie, he switched to her. Julie is #1 in Indiana as far as I'm concerned.

Mrs. Boyce was our real Estate agent 6 years ago. She was wonderful and went above her job to find us what we were looking for. She always worked around our schedule and was very friendly. Julie showed me 8-9 condominiums in West Lafayette in summer 2009. It was good to have an experienced agent whose opinions and advice I trusted. After I decided to buy one of these condominiums, I told Julie there might be a problem: I had no credit history. I had never taken a loan out in my name. I didn't even have a credit card. Julie immediately called someone she knew at one of the local mortgage companies. The two of them worked together to get my mortgage approved. Julie always responded quickly to my questions as we went through the home inspection, negotiation with the seller, and the closing. Buying my first home turned out to be a smooth process thanks to Julie's guidance. If I decide to sell my home, Julie will be the first person I call.
